Your timing should be perfect. I was on the Lower Sac again today, it has been terrific! Still some caddis around and the mayfly and egg bite has been picking up. Folks have been finding some exceptional fish, on a few occasions their biggest ever.
The gentlemen who called us from PG&E regarding the Pit said test flows were being used to "test" the new equipment they have installed on the dams. I suggested it was certainly not good timing for anglers, let alone the critters who live there ;>(.
