Lower McCloud River Blown out/ Bridge removed from Klamath
Just a few updates since our fishing report:
On Sunday the Lower McCloud River turned the color of coffee and cream. Water at Ah Di Na is less turbid because of tribs upstream contributing (mostly Hawkins Creek) but today had about a foot and a half of visibility. Here is a link to a photo below the dam taken by fellow local guide, Rick Cox.
We had a warm storm last week which caused Mud Creek to rise and discolor portions of the lake and the McCloud River. Hopefully it will clear soon. Feel free to drop us a line for the latest.
The "footbridge" between the Klamathon Bridge and I5 on the Klamath River has been removed and boat passage has been restored.
