I hope this is the proper category for this post. I apologize if it isn't.
I'm looking for a couple of dinner recipes for the wilderness float trips I do. Weight is a factor, so it should be something where I can dehydrate the ingredients and then seal them for transport. And we have no ice out there, so dehydrated works best.
I already do beef stroganoff, spaghetti, tacos, chili, a couple of different fish meals (salmon or tempura char, for example), soups. Haven't had much luck with dehydrated chicken. Oh, and we usually do something fresh for the first night out.
I find fly fishers and backpackers are a great source for recipes. I appreciate any suggestions.
